As part of its extensive activity in the Czech real estate market, Česká Izrael is developing one of its most significant projects in the city of Kolín – a developing city in central Czech Republic, located about 60 km from Prague and considered one of the fastest-growing cities in the country in terms of investment and employment.
In this project the company purchased a prestigious plot in a strategic location intended for the construction of 74 modern residential units, alongside a commercial floor of about 1,400 m² and an area designated for 100 private and public parking spaces. The architectural design emphasizes the creation of a high-quality residential environment, combined with commercial and community spaces, in full compliance with the latest European standards.
The project is currently in the midst of the construction and development stage, after all the planning approvals and accompanying contracts were completed. SKANSKA and local professionals accompany the construction stages under close supervision, in cooperation with the Shofel law firm, which is responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects.
The company’s vision is to create a new residential neighborhood in the city of Kolín, combining a high quality of life, transport accessibility and rising economic value. Once completed, the project is expected to be a focus of attraction for local and foreign investors alike, and to serve as a model for smart real estate investments in the Czech Republic – ones that bring value both to the city and to the investors.
