Česká Izrael is leading a unique project in the town of Cerhenice , in which two residential buildings with a total of 30 apartments were purchased. The purchase was made at a significant discount of about 40% below market prices, after a meticulous market analysis and comprehensive legal and planning checks carried out by the Shofel law firm and a team of local experts.
This is one of the safest and most attractive investments in income-producing real estate in the Czech Republic. The apartments were purchased while the buildings were partially occupied, which allowed the company to maximize the value of the property through renovation, rental management and optimal use of the economic potential they hold.
The company operates a full management model for investors – from finding tenants and renting out the apartments for a period of four years, through to ongoing maintenance and operation of the entire property. At the end of the rental period the apartments are offered for sale on the open market, usually at prices significantly higher than the initial purchase price.
This strategy combines a safe investment with two-stage return potential – fixed rental income alongside a future capital gain from the sale. The Cerhenice project demonstrates the ability of Česká Izrael to identify real opportunities in the European real estate market and turn them into stable, income-producing investments for its clients.
